This year round residence has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a large dock with gorgeous sandy beach facing westerly. There is a covered patio with gas grill off the living room and a large sandy beach with dock area. Main floor has an open living room, dining room and kitchen with half bathrooms. The second floor has three bedrooms each with double bed, full bathroom and living room with pull out couch plus an enclosed porch.
It is rented June through September for $2,900 per week and monthly during the winter.
